The collar is fully adjustable to fit dogs of all sizes, and it features an upgraded triangle D-ring for attaching the leash.
The reflective dog collar boasts an extra-wide design, ranging from 0.9 inches in small sizes to 1.5 inches in medium and 2 inches in large. This increased width enhances your dog's safety by evenly distributing pressure around the neck. Scientifically, wider collars are proven to be more comfortable and safer for your pup.
The matching leash is made from a durable combination of woven nylon and polyester webbing, which provides extra strength. The interior of the leash has a neoprene-padded Denim handle for maximum comfort. It's lightweight and effortless to use, and its adjustable length allows you to customize it from 3ft to 6ft, depending on your preferences. The leash also features a reflective logo tag, a heavy-duty clip for safety, and an additional heavy-duty D-ring to hold your poo bag holder and poop buddy for used waste bags.

"Measure Twice, Order Once"
For the most accurate size for your pet, measure the chest just behind the front legs which should be the widest part of your dog's mid-section with a cloth tape measure. Measure your pet's neck at the base (where a collar would sit). You want the cloth tape to be snug but not tight for both the chest and the neck. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, a piece of string, yarn, or thin rope will work and then measure with a rigid ruler afterwards. A good rule of thumb, is measure with enough room for two fingers widths between your pet's chest and the measuring device for maximum comfort.
Hand wash & lay flat to dry OR
Place the clothes, harness, collar or leash inside a mesh garment bag or tied pillow case. Machine wash on DELICATE in COLD water. Lay flat to dry, do NOT tumble dry.
Once completely dried, clothes can be fluffed in the dryer for a couple of minutes to soften.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Use the return portal to request an exchange. You will be contacted via email with additional information as to next steps. Exchanges are handled on a case -by-case basis. Wag Trendz wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order.
RETURNS
For items that are eligible, return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of order though our return portal. Your return must be approved (via e-mail) prior to shipping the merchandise back. Once your return is approved, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping label. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please note: original shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returns must be in the original packaging, unused, with the tags on, and free of any pet hair/dander. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. We are not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We cannot honor returns for any merchandise that has been used or is not in its original new condition. If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Once the item is received by our returns department, give us 3 - 7 business days (not including holidays and weekends) to process your return. We will email you to let you know it has been processed and the amount that has been placed on your account.
