Shipping policy

Wag Trendz® currently ships to the United States and Canada.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. As a small business, maintaining large amounts of inventory is not possible. We strive to produce and prepare most orders within 1-3 business days, as many of our products are custom-designed and made-to-order. Due to limited inventory, some products may have to be ordered when purchased, which can extend processing time up to 15 business days. Wag Trendz® is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.


Shipping from the U.S.: All products ship from the United States. U.S. orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment. Canadian orders may take up to 15 business days depending on the delivery location and customs processing.

Canadian Shipping


Shipping Method: All Canadian orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping costs for Canada are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location. Orders typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment, although customs processing may cause delays.

Customs Fees: Wag Trendz® is not responsible for any required customs fees, tariff fee/import duties that may be imposed on your order. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not covered by the shipping costs.

Damaged or Missing Items


In the event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, we kindly ask that you reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To expedite the resolution process, please take clear photographs of any damaged or missing items and include them in your email. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to ensuring your order is in perfect condition.

Lost or Stolen Packages


If your order has been lost during the delivery process or your order tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check your order to confirm that the address was submitted correctly. If everything was correct, we kindly request that you contact your local post office or UPS carrier.  Based on past experience, there have been numerous instances where orders have taken an additional 1 to 7 working days beyond the stated delivery date to ultimately reach the correct destination. 

If, after this waiting period, your package has not yet arrived, please contact your local mail carrier.  

Wag Trendz® is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the parcel has been checked in at the carrier, it is no longer in our control. Regrettably, under these circumstances, we are unable to provide a refund as its not our responsibility once the package is with the shipping carrier.

Multiple Shipments


Due to various logistics, parts of your order may ship separately. You will be updated as each part of your order goes out for delivery.

Holidays & Made-to-Order Items


Please allow for additional time during holidays and for items that are made-to-order.
